substituted evaluation

hi All,

I submitted all doc to cic London on 20th of June with IELTS Receipts and asked to extend to sit for the EXAM . Unforunately, i got 10 points insted of 12 . then submit the result with factors which i think it Can be positive to let me economicaly established in Canada 20 days ago .
without asking for " substituted evaluation ". do i have to send another letter asking for substituted evaluation or this is enough. and my case is still in process . is it a good situation ?

You have to ask for substituted evaluation and send sufficient documentation to prove why the points don't reflect your ability to settle in Canada. You should note that it is a very very long shot that with less than 67 your application will be approved.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY , HOWEVER , ARE THERE A STANDARD LETTER FOR REQUSTING THE SUBSTITUTED EVALUATION ,

AND DO U HAVE ANY BACK EXPERIENC ABOUT SOMEONE WHO HAD A POSITIVE EVALUATION AND PASS .
