Submitting Visitor application online from within Canada

Hello,
I am in the process to submit a visitor application for my brother's family. I live in Ontario.

Is it alright if I submit the application online on their behalf? I created an account in the CIC portal with my email ID and declaring that I am submitting the application on someone else's behalf. My brother will share all the personal documents and signed applications for all his family members with me electronically. Could this be an issue?

it's fine, however do remember to include representative forms for all applicants appointing you as their unpaid representative.

whether an application is submitted in Canada or outside is determined by the physical location of the applicant, not the representative's.
