I am filling the forms myself, and seems like i have all the information but all people are telling me to get an immigration consultant and confirm everything otherwise if there is any issue your application will be delayed for very long. Can someone suggest is it really necessary to hire someone or submitting myself should be ok , if i have all the necessary docs

Most of us here have submitted our applications without the help of an immigration lawyer / consultant. It's up to you.

if you are appying under the Family class sponsorship it's depend on compexity of your case you may hire a lawyer or an immigration consutant but I don't think it woud be so nessasary, as neither of them can't make the processing time going faster.

Who are the "all people" you're referring to? If you read through here, 99% of people that have actually gone through the PR process will tell you to do it yourself if you have a straightforward application. Lawyer/consultant is mainly recommended if you have some big thing that could be a major red flag (such as criminal or other ineligibility issue).

From what i've read, hiring a lawyer/consultant is like rolling the dice. If you get a good one then it all works out, but get a not-so-good one and they could end up causing extra delays and problems along with charging you a huge fee.

It is a time-consuming process, I almost spent one month just filling the paperwork and getting everything together, it was fun though!

If you can read English and follow instructions, you can do it on your own. You will also receive a lot of help from this forum

Good luck
