Submitting passport late for TRV application

Hi guys, my TRV was approved in August and I forgot to submit my passport. It's already past the 30 day period of when I should submit my passport. Do you think they will still give me my TRV if I send it out this week? Who's the best person to reach out to for this case?

How could you forget to send your passport?

As you failed to submit your passport on time, your application would have been closed. You will need to submit a new application.
