Submitting passport for adding the pages

Hi,

My passport issue is from India. And my express entry profile got selected. So do I have to submit my passport for them to attach the visa page or i can just send a photocopy of my passport, so that I can make an initial entry.
And if I do submit my passport, how much time will they take in attaching the pages and sending it back.

You will need to send them your passport for the visa. It usually takes 10-20 days to get the passport back.
