Submitting CSQ application without french((Obtaining 64 points)

Hello Guys,

I have submitted my CSQ application along with my wife in March, 2013. We are scoring 64 points as a couple(63 points are required to be eligible for CSQ). Both of us don't have any french proficiency. I'm based in Montreal for 2 years and currently working here.

Can you guys share with me your experiences if anyone has been refused because of french IF he/she is getting the required points?

I know its an old thread, but just wondering what response you got and what was the time line like?
