Submitting Confirmation Of PR document instead of PR card

Hi,

My sibling got his landing procedure done last month and is expecting the delivery of PR card via post to his residence in a couple of days. I have got the ITA to apply for PR and have his COPR copy with all his other documents such as passport copy, bills paid and so on. Is it OK to submit his COPR which says "Became PR on Apr 20 2018" or do CIC accept only the PR card copy?

Did you claim sibling points before April 20? If yes, it will be a misinterpretation of information. Else, wait for the PR card copy and apply.

It will be fine since its after COPR.
