Submitting Application to Buffalo with email printout of AOR !

I have already got my AOR from Sydney office through an email but not yet received the physical mail from them.
My question is, Can I submit my application to Buffalo Visa Office with the printed copy of the AOR email ???

I submitted documents to Sydney on June 09 n got AOR through email on September 09.
R u sure about this that i can send this email printout of the AOR to Buffalo Visa ofc with all the documents ???

Yes you can. Not everyone gets the letter from CIO.

From Buffalo it takes about 3 weeks to get AOR...
