Hi Guys,

Like I said last week, my EE application was refused on the basis that I didn't submit a police clearance from UK. Ironically I haven't even entered the UK before, I just did an online program from my home country. I submitted a CSE on June 1st but l haven't receive any response yet.

So my question is, can I submit a new EE application? Would it endanger my CSE application? Would it affect the CSE application in case they decide to re-opened it?

Just confused, please advise...Thanks.

I have a gut feeling that ur case will be reopened soon ( approx. 1 month )

But in the meanwhile you can create new profile as u dont have active EE profile at this moment and once your case is reopened withdraw the new EE profile

If you've never been to UK then definitely it is IRCCs mistake and they will reopen your case. To prove yourself scan all pages of your passport and send it to them.

I agree with both above responses. Just adding one point - your CSE will not be impacted if you create a new EE profile, because your CSE (based on your request) is linked to your old EE profile. However, once your old EE profile reactivates, be sure to withdraw your new EE profile otherwise it will create issues due to the same passport number and name linking both the EE profiles. Good luck!

Thanks guys but l have a last question. Do I also create a new job bank profile with a different email address?

If you create a new profile, then yes, you would have to register with job bank again.
