We got our Passport Request a few days back and it was written in the mail that we should inform CIC in case we were expecting a child.
Accordingly, when we submitted our passports to VFS, New Delhi, we sent in a covering letter informing them of our due date, which is less than 2 weeks from now.
So we got a mail from CIC asking us to upload Birth Certificate and Passport of the child within 30 days of birth.
My doubt is ..
1. Does this mean that our application id now on hold and our passports will br returned to us without processing ?
2. What all does medical examination of a new born include ?
3.Is there an option of upfront medical examination for a newborn?
