It is slightly unnerving to see people who submitted after me get their passports back before me.
I'd submitted mine on September 7th and absolutely heard nothing since then.
Do I have the option of raising a CSE or prodding them in any way?

Has your application been closed yet?

No, not yet
Okay, so two things- so far only one person has actually had their passports returned (mine are stamped but not with VFS yet).

Secondly, I would wait till Monday morning- if there is no change by then, raise a CSE and also send them an email. I'm going to hope we've all seen movement on our cases by then.

If NDVO have had my passport for over two weeks at this point (after I submitted it in response to a CSE), do you think it is appropriate to email them/raise a CSE for them to follow up on what is going on? Especially since my profile is closed and approved on MyCIC, but VFS are still reporting that NDVO has my passport?

The tracker might not be updated
You r better off calling the VFS customer care line.
If the application is closed, they might not respond to the CSE

Hi All,

I have received the PPR request and RPRF payment instructions.
Now I have paid the RPRF amount via my credit card. Can I take the receipt printout and send it to NDVO along with PP and photos?
Any other step that I need to do here?

Thanks,
VB

I called them, and they are insisting they don't have the passport returned to them.
The problem is my application has been approved on MyCIC since Wednesday.
So essentially, NDVO stamped my passport but didn't ship it back to VFS yet...?
This is frustrating.

Yes
Recommend that you email them the receipt and send it via CSE as well. (I am going to assume that there is no upload portal on your MyCIC profile- if there is, just upload the receipt there, and you should be good).

Hi Aargaon

Today I visited to VFS Delhi office, and told my case that I submitted my passport and COPR for correction on 9th Sep. and till date I have not recieved any update about my passport.
So the officer ask me to wait as they have noted down my details and one lady talked on phone at Delhi High Commission. Immediately after talking to high commission I received mail that today they ship the passport to VFS delhi.

SO the conclusion is the NDVO have not shipped your passport , so either you have to wait or rather go on next working day and do the same.

Bhavya,
Thanks so much for the update, I will definitely visit VFS myself to prompt some movement.
Did you talk to the officer in the area where you are supposed to get the token? Or did they let you into the visa application hall?

You have to take token and then proceed to D zone and wait for your turn. Your token number and counter number will be announced and then visit to that particular counter.
Make sure to take tracking receipt with you.

I second that..
Better go to the VFS office in person and ask them directly.
