submitted passport on 27Feb, 18 at VAC New Delhi but not received 12 March,18

After medical exam, I had submitted my passport for VISA stamping at VAC New Delhi on 27Feb 18 but till 12 March,18 nothing got any proper information for processing ..
Some people get with 5 days ND I didn't got back for 10 working days.
Strange ..
Its a Privatization Period still
