Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I have submitted nomination under international student with job offer in Ontario PNP. BUT now i am also eligible for express entry. Is it okay to edit and add more duties my job offer letter from my employer if i get an ITA under express entry. MY CRS is 431. Anyone with similar experience?

You can only mention the job duties that you are actually performing and simply not add other duties which do not apply to you.
If you have been assigned additional duties by your current employer, only then you can get a new reference letter from your employer.

thanks for reply. Yes i am aware of the fact that i can only add duties i do. I am only worried because my employer gave me a simple job letter without explaining job duties explicitly while i applied for PNP. They are willing to give me an explained letter. but i just wanted to confirm that it is ok to do so.

Yes, you can obtain a new reference letter in that case which mention more information as required by IRCC.

Thank you so much.
One more question please.
I have done 2 year program in electronics engineering technician. However, I am hired as electronic Engineering Technologist ( NOC 2241)
is it okay if i have mixed duties of a technician and a technologist. FYI both of these have same NOC code.

Yes, the job duties matter for NOC code. The job designation does not matter for selection of NOC code.
You are fine to add those mixed duties since they belong to one single NOC code.
