guys ....... any idea about what should we show to immigration officer as proof of fund at port of entry ? Anyone traveling one month before the date of start of course ??? confused about immigration process at port of entry ......... :'(
 
GOT MY VISA!! My status changed at 2:45 pm today from 'under processing' to 'in transit' and then at 4 pm it changed to 'passport ready for collection'. Sooo happy and relieved! Will be gettin my ticket in 1-2 days.

@Sandeep there's no photo on my visa stamp. Is that normal?? Is yours the same or does the CHC think I am a headless living being?

it is normal -no photo on student visa stamp, though you can find your name and passport number alone in the place of photo.

There is no pic on canadian visas.
Mine is also same.
It's like a stamp with name, passport number, chc, validity of visa etc written.
No pic at all.
Don't worry it's normal.

Oh and congrats buddy on getting visa
 
hello guys..congrats to all those who succesfully got their visas..
guys just want to knw..i applied on 23rd july and still my status is under processing..can u pls help me in knwng the nrmal procedure time for the status update..m really gtng nervous as days r cmng near by..
