So it is 12 pm on Monday (today's my 15th working day), still no change in status! I am so close to losin my mind! When I applied on 16th July, the ticket price was 50k, it has gone up to 75k now!!!

Finally the wait has ended with the refusal. The letter says:

You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities or your future prospects and plans....

Its says that my proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of....... Can I know the exact reason of refusal by getting CAIPS note? So I can prepare for future as I am planing to reapply for January 2013 intake in another university.

As I have found no bank is provide loan for Diploma study. If my brother is taking all financial responsibility of my study, can I apply under spp without education loan by showing them strong financial status? I have applied in general category with the same and found that lack of loan is not the problem for the refusal. I need to know the same for SPP.

your processing time is over....i think u should mail them...no issue in that...may be they will reply to your quiery
