Submitted few documents without translation

If someone has submitted few documents with out english translation then what should someone reply in hearing please?

it is clearly stated that documents must be translated in English or french.. better you get it done and submit either member will not accept those documents.

Yes actually that is a mistake of my lawyer(he is a good lawyer and very supportive) and those are country condition news documents which are not translated. now my brother in law is confused what should he reply in hearing and what should he do now?

he can still submit the translation of the document or can keep for the hearing date and give it to them as I guess the last date of submission is 10 days before the hearing. so still a good chance to submit translation and avoid unnecessary questions.
