We submitted my husband's FBI report about 16 weeks ago. At the time I didn't know that eDO was an option. I have read that you can use the eDO service if your previously mailed documents have tracking. However, CJIS already has our documents in their possession. They could not give an estimate as to when it would be finished; however, she did tell my husband that it was mid-queue. It's been 16 weeks, and I really don't want to wait another 16 for it to be done!! Does anyone know if I can get an eDO report faster, and if I can use the existing fingerprints which CJIS has already received?
