Submitted application for VR, but asked for Medical Examination?

Weird, after i got my visitor record approved, they sent me the Medical Examination Instructions IMM1017. What should i do? it said "You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 30 days of the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application." but i have already received my VR!
Any suggestions?

Years ago, I got my PGWP permit along with medical request and asking me to do medical. (there's a line on the permit saying i have to do medical within 30 days)

I just do it as it says. No problem at all afterwards.
