After submited the all documents with full application what the time duration will be? and if they ask for medical can we do another country if we are not there? because we going three months out of country? and what about ielts can we do that too in another country and send them by dhl?? please give us advice will be very greateful.

if you are applying for FSW1, you should send all your documents together at the visa office stage. It doesn't matter where you do your ielts.

As for your medicals, you can also do this in another country provided it is a CIC approved health practitioner.
