Submit webform after providing “other covid-19” as purpose?

I submitted TRV application for my spouse on July 8, 2021. I selected “Other” and entered “COVID-19” as purpose of travel in the application form, as mentioned in the cic instructions for immediate family member.

Should I submit webform to prioritize my application? Or is it enough that I mentioned “Other Covid-19”?
