I want to visit family this coming March through a tourist visa application in Quebec, but I'm also aiming to study and lodge a student visa application in the Fall 2022 in Ontario. Despite the Sept. 7 announcement, I'm pretty sure processing of tourist visa application will still be DELAAAYED, but I still want to try because I want to visit family and friends, and they're in a different province with different rules from the province I'll be studying in. Is lodging two different visa applications at the same time allowed? Is one going to affect the other?
