submit super visa application and apply for renew india passport alongside

To avoid time delays I am thinking to submit supervisa application for my mother.
her passport is due to expire Dec 2028. So i am thinking to submit supervisa app and also apply for renewal of new indian passport. new passport is delivered in 30 days approx thats when i will update super visa app.

is it ok to do like this?

Why can't you wait until she has new passport in hand and then apply? You can but if processing starts and approved then SV will be approved until 2028

I have a situation where in I want visa for my mother asap. If i reneew passport in india it takes 45 days approx. and then for SV it takes 90 more days on avg

So she doesn't have a visa now? TRV is faster and she can apply now.
