Hello,

Does anyone know how to go about on filling an application to Federal court?
My Citizenship[ application is extremely delayed for no apparent reason. I filled my application in Sept 2018 and I haven't heard back since then.
still waiting for the test. I checked the status only background is completed. others are still in process. Test and Oath not started.

Can someone please guide me on how to file a complaint to FC?

You need to start by hiring a lawyer to represent you.

What you are asking about is called a writ of mandamus.

Yes, you can only do it through hiring a lawyer. You can't file an appeal with the Federal Court yourself.
