Hai....I am from chennai. I got a letter from CHC on july 18th for my medical furtherance. They asked me to get opinion from a specialist. I completed it on july20th.
The medical center would have sent the reports to delhi CHC today. So I need to re-submit my passport now. When I received my pasport, I got a sealed letter for the doctor and a single sheet for me stating that I need to got to further medical tests.
My doubt is how am i supposed to submit my passport. What are the documents i have to submit again. I initially submited my medical slip. Do i have to submit that medical slip again or a cover letter alone with my passport is enuf. Please help me.
If I submit with my old medical slip, I fear that they may look at my old results alone and may ask me to go for medical again. So i hesitate to submit that medical slip again. So please share if u had gone through the same prob or if u have any idea.
