If ones VO is in Asia and assuming the hours of operation there are 9 to 5pm. Because it's a 12 hour difference from there to my time zone would there ever be an update in ecas during the day in my time zone which would be in the middle of the night at the VO's time zone ?
 
If I remember correctly, Eva’s updates once a week automatically. So, depending on when that update runs, it could be possible it shows up at midnight in the VO. I’d assume all the Eva’s info is correlated in Canada and sent out from there.
