I've yet to be able to log into ecas since my sponsorship approval, and realize it can take a week or two before this starts working, but the real question I have is who's information does it need when logging in?

It asks for your surname, birth date, and country of birth.. Am I correct in thinking this is the applicant info?

It depends, If on the top you select UCI which is client ID number then you use the number with no letter and then you put in YOUR information.

If you select Immigration file then you put in the number that starts with F or B and then put your spouse who you are sponsoring information.

I hope that made sense?

UCI Number - Sponsors Details i.e Surname,DOB and Place of Birth...

File Number starting with F - Applicant Details i.e Surname,DOB,and Place of Birth...

Nope. Neither the UCI, or Application Number work.. At least not yet.

It takes up to a week before you can have a successful log in based on my experience. :)

Thank you. That is what I figured too, so am not too worried. At least I know it's moving in the right direction.
