Studying two 1-Year Programas for 2 years PGWPP

Is it possible to study two different 1-year-long programs ir order to then request a 2-years PGWPP?

Both programs would be completely valid institutions and with little less than 90 days from each other.

Is there any official source of information regarding this issue?
