I graduated from McGill and I am trying to apply for PR through PEQ with French B2. Can I apply this summer before my graduate program starts in August 2024? This would mean that I have to study in Quebec while waiting for my CSQ and PR. Is studying allowed while waiting for PEQ results or do I have to defer my offer?
