Studying in Canada

I have 1 year study permit ( up to 30/7/2017). I was submited online file for extend study permit just 15 days ago(12/3/2017). Then i want change my program any other city (Winnipeg to London). In London college i got 2 years diploma course.. I have already received admission and pay fee just last day(27/3/2017) for may 2017 intake.. so i additional documents submit in IRCC Or CIC..
What can i do ..pl. advise me.

You already have an application for extension just wait for it.
Notify CIC when you change your school. If it is expiring again then apply for extension again.

If my study permit due.no any reply from cic still expiry date of study permit..what happened?

When your study permit expired and you already submitted an extension, you will be on "implied status".
Except when you leave the country. Leaving Canada on implied status will abandon your application.
You can continue doing the same thing until your new study permit arrives or decisions have been made with your extension (denied).
