Hello i love study but in our country study is not important i want to come to Canada for studying please let me.

You would need to apply for a study permit. To do so you would need to be able to show your English language ability through IELTS, obtain an offer letter from the college of your choice for a course that is relevant to your current qualifications and any work experience. Add to that you need to be able to show you can fund at least the first year course fees of 15000-18000 CDN plus 10000 CDN a year living expenses.
