Now i am working in my family business ( My father is the owner ) since july 2012.
i want to know can i apply for study visa under general category or i should look for another option like PR .
If u say yes for study what r the requirements for it, like IELTS (GT or ACADEMIC) required bands for it
Funds related information , how much fund are needed, how old and what can be considered as funds.

For Study, you need for IELTS (Academic) with score 6 or 6+, better if you have overall score 6.5 with no band less than 6.

which country i should apply Canada or Newzeland
And what are the chances for me to get a study visa
what kind of documents do i have to provide to officer

For funds you need to be able to support approx 18000 CDN for fees plus 10000 CDN living expenses per year

All you need to know about Canadian study permits you can read about here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/

Not sure why you are asking an either or question for study or PR as they both have different requirements to be met. If PR is your goal then go straight for that if you think you qualify.

For a study permit it will be important to show ties to your home country and how any course will help your career when you return to your home country.

Cannot answer about New Zealand other than of course NZ is warmer year round so you would need probably to find a NZ forum . Plus of course the population of Toronto and Montreal combined almost totals the whole population, 4.6 million , of NZ, excluding the other inhabitants, sheep.
