Study visa rejection for sept intake

I have been rejected for study visa
They said i will not come after my study which is totally baseless i am married n well educated i just need international exposure
My profile is
Mba
B.sc in hospitality
And i am going for PG diploma in management with 6.5 bands

Should i go for reapply study visa again

If you already have an MBA a PG diploma doesn't make sense. It is less advanced degree than your MBA and should not provide any career advancement or new skills and knowledge. You should order the GCMS notes but I think that that may be a concern with your application.
