Dear All,

I have my visa refused recently for Jan 2022 intake

Reason provided
1. I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit
2. Given the applicant's previous education and/or employment history, im not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable. Refused under R216(1)(b)

My Profile
I have completed my MSW specialising in HRM in 2011
Since then Working as HR, 10 years of Exp
Applied PGHRM in Niagara College Toronto for Jan 2022 intake
I have applied for GCMS notes

I can understand that my refusal is due to study gap, and not explained clearly about my MSW

Pls help me with your inputs

Thank you

If you have a MSW in HRM and have worked 10 years in the field, then a post grad certificate in the field makes no sense. You have so much experience already. Why do you need to spend so much money for a college program when you will not improve on your education. Maybe and MBA in HR is a better course to expand on your education and work experience. VO feels you are just using study permit for immigration purposes with so much experience and education.

DO you think you can enter via Express entry? Because you have a lot of experience in the field. Express entry would be great option.
