Study visa refusal

Dear all

I am Indian citizen working in Kuwait from last 6 years .IELTS-6.5 overall.applied for post graduate program in supply chain management for montreal college of information and technology.Paid full tuition fees,paid GIC,received CAQ also and applied for visa from Kuwait.I got visa refusal stating that I will not be leaving canada after I complete my course.I don’t know what next step do I need to take.I really want to study in canada.I want to reapply for student visa.kindly please let me know how should I proceed and what are the things do I need to keep in mind.

The issue is you don't have strong ties to home country living in Kuwait for so long as in what to do look through the other threads about UAE and similar places, it's not going to be easy to show ties.
