Study visa refusal

Sir
I am Payal age 40 years.
I have done M.Com B.Ed. I am working as post graduate teacher teaching Accounts and business and teaching experience of almost 10 years. Before that i worked in different banks and resigned as deputy manager. Now after 10 years of teaching experience i want to explore some advance opportunities in my career so i applied for M. Ed with specialisation in leadership and administration. I know that this program will enhance my skills and i will be having more better opportunities in India as administrator in private or international school after completing this course. So i applied in M.Ed course in canadian university . I got the admission under SDA program but my got refused with reason that -1. i am not satisfy whether you will return to India after completion of your study and 2. That your future plans doesnot match with your course.
Please guide me how can i work on the given refusal reasons and satisfy visa authorities that my purpose is only to acquire advance skills. My 13 years daughter and husband who is working as chief manager in a reputed bank are staying here in India.
Please assist how i can convince the visa authorities that my goal is only and only to gain knowledge and advance my skills

I notice some facts that may raise concern and doubt for your intention. First, age really play important factor in determining genuine international student in Canada. Second, your plan of leaving Canada at the end of your program or study to search for work in private school sound skeptical or doubtful. At the completion , you would have turned 42 years. It could have sound good, if you are working presently with a school or educational establishment and coming on study leave either as a self-sponsored or joint by your employer. In addition, if your plan is to leave Canada at end of the program to establish your school. It will also be understandable. Your POF, family ties in India, assets, IELTS score if required will also play a huge factors and need to be addressed. Let me add that you already had one master degree and you have children that is/are still depending on you. Most international graduate student at that age, comes to Canada for PhD research program.

at 40 years old, another education credential won't give you any "better opportunities". You are trying to use a study permit to immigrate to canada permanently, and the visa officer knows your intentions are not genuine. Your reasons you give are not logical and does not make sense at all.
