Study Visa Refusal - Plz Help

Hi, my study visa got refused because of the following reasons:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, and/or your future prospects and plans.

My Profile:
completed 12th class with 56%
course which I intend to study:
BBA- Energy Management - Yorkville University

Funds: Our primary income comes from manufacturing ecofriendly paper bags that is established and
developed by my parents since last 15 years.
In addition, my mother conducts tuition classes for primary
& Secondary students at home for 10 years now that adds on our primary income. Besides, we own
a residential property and a land worth 1,00,66,200 INR ($ 1,67,770 CAD) under immoveable assets
and hold 48,21,951 INR ($ 80,365 CAD) under moveable assets that includes Bank savings and
Gold which adds to savings amount.

TOEFL: I scored Overall 97 (L: 27, R: 26, W: 28, S: 16) out of 120

Order GCMS notes but a few things. You have selected a private university in an office building in Toronto that no one has heard of. Select a public university. However your grades are too low for public university so look at improving your 12th class grades. So getting a degree from an office building university has few career prospects. TOEFL scores are not considered only CELPIP or IELTS.

Overall, improve your grades and apply to a public university. Complete IELTS. Or do your undergrad in your home country and come to Canada for post-grad.

Research and apply to public universities or colleges. Look at business or science programs, and show what career you want following the program to justify the costs.
