hello sir i receive an offer letter of humber college toronto for jan 2019 intake and my bands are 6 each and 6.5 overall.i am financially weak student so please tell me should i pay one semester fee and apply under general category rather than SDS?? my course duration is 8 months as i got offer in graduate certificate course?? Tell me a solution? Thanks
