I have to join classes in january but so far no PPR .
Medical Pased 17th Nov
Is it true if it was refusal it would have come by now. Hoping for PPR soon. Any suggestions on current timeline. Should i apply for deferral ?

Well indians are super lucky as their all three visa offices are working efficiently. Ppl are even are getting their PPRs within a week. I suggest you to wait till last week of December if possible. If it didnt ring the bells then go for deferral to May intake.

It's not true that if it was refusal it would have come by now. It can be either ways.
