Study visa part time job?

Hello,

So I've done some research but still don't get what I'm suppose to do.

I want to work during term breaks or during terms (part time) like in a cafe or restraunts you know.

It says
you have a valid study permit that includes a condition that says you can work off-campus.

I already got accepted for my study permit and received a letter about showing some documents to the officer in the airport, but there's nothing about working off-campus.

But it seems like applying for working visa is for full time jobs. Anyone know what I'm suppose to do?

If you are a full time student you can work off campus 20 hrs a week.
