Study visa outside from home country

I'm looking for some information about study visa in canad, I'm a Bangladeshi girl almost 2yrs I'm in India, my husband is a native Indian. I'm living here by spouse visa. My question is can i apply for canadian study visa while staying in India?

And as if I apply from India can I show my parents bank statemen?

Is your parents going to study? You should apply from your home country

Its not mentioned anywhere that it is necessary to apply from your own country. Its just that, apply outside canada And from a country where you are legally staying.

Are you a citizen of India if yes then you can apply from india or else you need to apply from a country you are legal citizen of.
