Study visa inquiry

Hello brothers,
I submitted the application for my wife study visa from Dubai by paper in VFS on 19 Nov ,
Now i want ask when we can expect the reply from them about the application, also we planning to submit Sowp form me if she get the approval also before she travel to canada , so i need to know how it can be done and how long it will take to get the results for the sowp
