I am from Pakistan. I want to persue network security diploma from Canada. Now a days I am doing permanent Govt job. This diploma will be good for my current job growth. I have done masters already. I will pay my full fee before applying visa. My brother lives in Canada he is permanent resident there. I will also show him as my sponsor IELTS score is 6.5.

How is my profile? Is there chance visa officer will say your brother lives there so I will not come back or my job and family can convince him for visa
