Study Visa got Refused twice time.

Hi
My name is Balwinder Singh, Firstly I applied for Visitor Visa to Visit my friend and got refused in March 2020. Than in Oct 2021 I applied my Study Permit taking a course Business Management in Canadore College, North Bay Campus and got Refused. As due to Colleges Rush I did not get two year course in canadore college. Again in March 2022 I applied two year course NABU in Capilano University in North Vancouver, but unfortunately i again got refused on 24 June 2022.

Every time one Unique reason is mentioned that they not I will not leave Canada, I clearly mentioned my Future Goals in my Home country India, Still I do not understand it, Now I will again reapply in capilano university in July 2022,

Anyone please guide me where I am lacking.

Before you apply a third time , you want to get the gcsm notes on your file . Which will in detail give reasons for your refusal .Applying a third time will should desperation in coming to Canada

It will be not sure how much time it takes to get my GcSM notes. Do i have any alternative that will I explain in my SOP
