From my university, If you had already registered for your courses you can get your enrollment letter from your school, you just need your student ID. If your school has International Center Help or something ask them, they might be able to help.
- Study Permit: allow you to stay here and study.
- Visa: only needed if you're traveling outside of Canada and go back in.
