Study visa delayed due to absence in the country of submission

Hi folks,

I submitted my application on 12th December and biometrics on 16th December 2019 , I stayed in India till 24th Jan 2020 , than I left for Saudi Arabia were my parents stay , I feel my visa application is getting delayed abnormally , Kindly help me with this, I need to stay here till my visa comes in , is it important for me to stay in my home country or country of submission till it is approved , any help would be appreciated.
