Study visa application

Good day,
I am in South Africa. I have just been accepted to study at University of Ottawa and I'd like to apply for the visa now.
So please how do I prove to the immigration agent that I will leave Canada at the end of my studies?

Family , Business , Assets owned by you , an employment that you are taking a leave and going to Canada to study and return back to resume the employment .
