Hello,
I am from Nepal and planning to apply for a Canadian Study Permit for a Bachelor of Health Sciences or Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies program. However, my ultimate goal is to pursue a Bachelor of Nursing. So, can I change my course before completing the program I initially enrolled in, or can I switch after studying for a certain number of months?

What are the chances of getting a study permit, and can it be refused?
Of course it can be refused if you don't have enough money, cannot justify program, cannot explain why you must study in Canada when those programs are available elsewhere, and don't have ties to return.

Would add on top of this getting into a university bachelors of nursing program is very difficult. Unclear if you are even talking about programs at the college or university level. You may not be able to transfer into nursing or use any transfer credits. If you want to end up studying nursing you should apply to the nursing program first not health sciences. You should also be looking at the option of doing nursing school in your home country and what would it take to get licensed in Canada as a nurse
