Hello, I need some advice with my situation.
Back in March 2021, my study permit expired and I applied for an extended one. I failed one course in the previous semester, so I have to take it again in September 2021 so the last date of my program is different from the original LOA. They sent me a document saying that they require an updated original LOA by 2021/6/17 . I was confused with the term "updated original", I thought I sent the wrong file for LOA, so I submitted it again. No more messages from there, my application is stuck at "Your action is required", I send them questions every 2 weeks asking about what's "updated original" LOA means, no reply at all. I finally asked my international students supports at my college for help, they gave me a Proof of Enrolment Letter saying my program finished in February 2022. I sent them the file after the date required on the document. I thought they've been processing it, but the semester has started, and the application still saying "Your action is required".
So should I continue study?, this course only open in the fall term I can't wait until next year.
Should I reapply ?
Should I leave Canada ?
What should I do?
