Greetings. I would like advice. I have been enrolled at a Zimbabwean University for a year studying Accounting. So now l want to go and start again accounting in Canada. Will l be allowed or they will question my reasons for wanting to drop out in Zimbabwe. Thanks in advance.

You are allowed. You need to research colleges and universities and get acceptance first. Then apply for a study permit.

Have you been accepted to a Canadian school. You need to do that first and then apply for a study permit. so yes to start in January is probably not possible.Also due to Covid most classes are online.

You need to show why studying accounting in Canada will improve your job prospects in Zimbabwe. They will wonder why you stopped studying in Zimbabwe and why you don't feel like you can complete your education there.
