Hi there
I’m here on a study permit from Iran and my student visa is expiring in 3 months. Due to some circumstances I wasn’t able to be a full time student the whole time ($) and had to be part time two semesters. I’ve been advised to quit school by an immigration consultant and apply for PR through a common law sponsorship. As well as apply for a work permit at the same time. I’m just not sure if quitting school at this point is the best decision as I am very close to completing the program. However my budget is very tight and I won’t have the 10,000 dollars necessary to extend the student visa.
Any suggestions
Thanks so much.
